The Private Rented Sector in Wales
The Assembly are consulting on the following issues:
- A national register of private landlords
- Regulation of private sector lettings agents and managing agents
- Written tenancy agreements
- Increasing the threshold for assured shorthold tenancies
- Improving the information base on the private rented sector in Wales.
